Standing boiler
The working principle of a standing steam boiler is that a burner located at the bottom of the boiler brings fire into the boiler furnace, which is surrounded by refractory bricks. On the other hand, the water entering the boiler between the two walls absorbs the heat of the furnace and the smoke generated by it, heats up and turns into steam, and exits from the steam outlet at the top of the boiler. A pump is also installed on the standing steam boiler to enter the water into the boiler, a water level gauge to display the water level, a thermocouple, a pressure gauge, an electrical panel to control the boiler, and so on, so that this boiler can function fully, and a manhole is provided at the bottom under pressure for periodic service and inspection.
The body of the standing boiler is fully insulated with 100 density rock wool and a coating of colored galvanized sheet, aluminum or stainless steel is installed on it. Finally, a hydrostatic test equivalent to 6 bars is performed.
Application of standing steam boiler
The most important applications of this steam boiler are for use in low steam volumes, such as steam sauna rooms in swimming pools, edible mushroom production, production of small concrete parts, small industrial kitchens, small food industries, candy and candy production, and heating applications in limited spaces.

Horizontal boiler
Horizontal steam boilers are used to produce steam at high pressures and capacities. Petrochemical, chemical, concrete manufacturing, cosmetics, leather industries, and industrial kitchens are among the applications where horizontal steam boilers are used.
It is also used as important and essential equipment in the textile industry, food, large buildings, gyms, hospitals, swimming pools and saunas, greenhouses, hotels, etc.
