Abmon Sanat horizontal steam boiler is designed according to EN12953 and ISIRI 4321 standards, and is made of 17Mn4 refractory sheet and ST35.8 seamless tubes. Abmun Sanat Standard Horizontal Steam Boiler
Horizontal steam boiler is one of the main heating equipment in various industries, which is responsible for producing saturated or superheated steam with the highest efficiency and safety. This type of boiler is designed and manufactured in a completely standard manner and in accordance with the requirements of EN 12953, B.S2790 and ISIRI 4321, and all stages of its production are carried out under the direct supervision of the quality control unit and the inspector of the Standards Office.
Abmon Sanat brand horizontal steam boilers are produced in various capacities from 60 kg to 30,000 kg of steam per hour with a working pressure of 10 to 18 bar and are equipped with fully automatic control systems for precise adjustment of burner performance, water level, and steam pressure.
In the construction of these boilers, 17Mn4 refractory sheets are used for the main parts including the body, furnace, return chamber and tube sheet. Also, ST35.8-DIN17175 standard seamless refractory pipes guarantee high heat and pressure tolerance. All welding operations are carried out according to approved PQR and WPS instructions by welders with standard certificates and E7018 electrode with preheating at 300 ° C and automatic submerged arc welding are used for the main joints.
All manufacturing processes, including material inspection, dimensional control, hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing (NDT), are carried out under the supervision of the official standard inspector and the company’s quality control unit. This product also has the European Union CE certificate and the Iranian National Standard Plate, which guarantees its authenticity and quality.
To increase thermal efficiency and reduce energy waste, the boiler body is insulated with rock wool and ceramic wool, and the final cover is made of shiny stainless steel sheet. The doors are also insulated with refractory cement and ceramic blanket. In order to facilitate service and maintenance, the horizontal steam boiler is equipped with inspection hatches (manhole, handhole, and headhole). Also, if the customer needs, it is possible to install an economizer, superheater, and chimney thermal damper to increase thermal efficiency.
