Vertical steam boilers are one of the most widely used equipment in small and medium-sized industries, which is considered an ideal option for production and service complexes due to its compact design, less space required, and easy setup.
This type of boiler is widely used in food factories, gyms, hospitals, swimming pools, saunas, residential complexes, and industrial workshops.
Abmon Sanat’s vertical steam boilers are designed and manufactured in capacities of 60 to 1000 kg of steam per hour with a working pressure of 3 to 10 bar. These boilers are capable of operating with gas, diesel and dual-fuel burners and are designed in a completely standard manner in accordance with BS 2790. After design, the drawings are officially approved by the General Directorate of Standards to ensure the safety and quality of the device’s operation.
In the construction of this type of boiler, 17Mn4 refractory sheets are used in sensitive parts such as the water reservoir, main furnace, return chamber and tube sheets. These sheets are the best option for the construction of industrial boilers due to their high tensile strength, high heat resistance and long durability. Also, seamless refractory tubes according to the ST35.8-DIN17175 standard are used in the thermal section of the boiler to ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency.
The lower part of the vertical steam boiler is made of refractory cement with high heat resistance, which increases the durability and safety of the device against direct heat. For ease of periodic inspection and maintenance, a pressurized handhole valve is designed in the upper part of the boiler.
All welding operations are performed by welders with technical qualification certificates from reputable inspection centers. The consumable electrodes are of the E7018 standard type and all welding processes are carried out based on PQR and WPS approved by the Standards Department.
